CAREERS

Blazing Star Environmental is a growing ecological consulting firm supporting projects across Ontario through practical, science-based environmental solutions. We work with land developers, government agencies, conservation organizations, and private landowners to help navigate complex ecological and regulatory challenges in a way that balances environmental responsibility with real-world project needs.

Our work spans environmental impact assessments, species at risk inventories, habitat restoration, long-term monitoring, applied research, and conservation planning. Across all projects, we focus on delivering clear, defensible, and implementable solutions grounded in strong technical expertise and field experience.

As a team, we value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. We’re committed to building a supportive and inclusive workplace where people feel trusted, respected, and empowered to grow professionally. We believe meaningful work comes from bringing together strong science, practical thinking, and good people. We pride ourselves in creating a work environment where our team can do their best work while also making a tangible impact on the landscapes and communities we serve.
