Blazing Star Environmental’s highly skilled team offers you training on a variety of topics including how to search for species at risk and their habitat, how to assess and monitor the population viability of a species and how to conduct other wildlife inventories, research and monitoring.

Blazing Star Environmental, Ontario Nature, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry and the Nature Conservancy of Canada have teamed up to offer the provincial reptile and amphibian survey training course. This course teaches environmental professionals about reptile and amphibian biology, behaviour, identification, habitat and standardized survey techniques. Approximately half of the course is in-class learning and the other half is outdoor hands-on learning. This course has approximately 1 instructor for every 5 participants!
